Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office manager and team.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records.
- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and database management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus.
