Teamworks ABA Therapy Inc is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Staff to join our growing family in Mandaluyong City. Your core responsibilities will encompass managing the day-to-day operations, from purchasing office and therapy supplies to ensuring the logistics of our inventory run smoothly. You will also take charge of the security, maintenance, and overall housekeeping of our premises. We need someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep our operations aligned with our commitment to excellence.
In this role, you will coordinate with various departments, manage vendor relationships, oversee the upkeep of office equipment, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our staff, clients, and visitors. Your strong organizational skills will be essential in managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the general administrative functions of the company.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
- Manage the purchasing process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and maintaining adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate logistics for office supplies, equipment, and therapy materials.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
- Ensure excellent housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the premises.
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff by preparing administrative requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to management and the clinical teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes.
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City and can start immediately.
