Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team including document preparation, report generation, and data management
- Assist in processing sales orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of transactions
- Handle incoming/outgoing communications professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases for sales and administrative documents
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of basic sales processes and CRM systems is advantageous
