Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team including document preparation, report generation, and data management
  • Assist in processing sales orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of transactions
  • Handle incoming/outgoing communications professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases for sales and administrative documents

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of basic sales processes and CRM systems is advantageous
