LIANHETECH MALAYSIA SDN BHD, a leading force in the industrial sector, is seeking a highly capable and driven Admin Supervisor to become a vital part of our team at our Tanjung Langsat, Johor facility.
In this challenging and rewarding dual-capacity role, you will play a critical hand in driving organizational efficiency. You will be responsible for administering high-quality HR services through the effective management of the Human Resources Department's systems, policies, and procedures. Furthermore, you will serve as the dedicated Personal Assistant to the General Manager, expertly managing their calendar, coordinating travel logistics, preparing board-level presentations, handling sensitive correspondence with absolute discretion, and acting as a strategic gatekeeper for the GM's office.
Your work will directly facilitate the smooth operation of the executive branch and the HR function, allowing management to focus on strategic goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily administration of the HR department, including maintaining personnel files, managing leave records, and ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Act as the primary Personal Assistant (PA) to the General Manager, managing a complex calendar, screening correspondence, arranging travel itineraries, and preparing meeting materials.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative procedures and office management systems to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Coordinate the full spectrum of office administration, including supply procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Prepare and draft confidential reports, presentations, memos, and meeting minutes for the General Manager and HR Director.
- Serve as a liaison between the GM's office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including scheduling interviews, preparing induction materials, and processing new hire documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events, town halls, and management retreats, handling logistics and budgeting for these activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Office Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-4 years of progressive experience in an administrative supervisory role, with specific experience supporting C-level executives.
- Proven track record in HR generalist administration, familiar with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, HRDF).
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR information systems.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage for cross-communication).
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with impeccable discretion and integrity.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
