Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate BIR tax filings, remittances, and compliance documentation
- Process payroll and maintain employee records with strict confidentiality
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
- Organize and maintain financial records and tax documentation
- Coordinate with auditors and external tax consultants during examinations
- Implement and improve administrative procedures for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in tax compliance or administrative roles
- Proficiency in BIR tax filing procedures and payroll processing
- Advanced knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
