Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and compile comprehensive tender documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions
- Manage and maintain tender records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible
- Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required materials
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates on tender status
- Review and analyze tender responses to ensure compliance with specifications
- Support the Security Operations team with administrative tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably with tender management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in security-related industries is a plus
