Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily e-commerce shop operations, including order processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries.
- Host engaging live streaming sessions to showcase products and drive B2B sales conversions.
- Create high-quality, creative content (video/photo) for social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for the management team.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Research market trends to optimize product listings and live stream scripts.
- Provide professional support to B2B clients through various communication channels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, content creation, or sales.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data management and reporting.
- Confident personality with excellent public speaking skills and comfort in front of the camera.
- Strong understanding of social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Live).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- Willingness to be based in the Kemayoran area.
