In this role, you will be the backbone of our trade marketing operations, ensuring that our e-commerce initiatives are executed seamlessly and contribute to our market-leading growth.

As a key support member of our Pet Care marketing division, you will gain invaluable exposure to modern trade marketing strategies and digital commerce best practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and maintain daily administrative support for the Trade Marketing E-commerce division.
- Process and monitor sales orders, inventory, and promotional data for online channels.
- Support the coordination of e-commerce campaigns and marketing activities to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, channel traffic, and promotional effectiveness.
- Liaise between the marketing team, sales representatives, and external e-commerce partners.
- Maintain organized documentation for trade marketing expenses and budget tracking.
- Assist in managing product listing updates and content accuracy on digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration or trade marketing support; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other Office Suite applications.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) is a distinct advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Committed to a 6-month contract duration (PKWT).
