Multibrata Anugerah Utama is seeking a highly motivated Project Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team in West Java. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all financial operations and administrative tasks for our ongoing projects, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. You will work closely with project managers, finance teams, and external stakeholders to maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project financial records including budgets, expenses, and revenue tracking
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis for project stakeholders
- Process project invoices, payments, and ensure timely vendor settlements
- Monitor project cash flow and forecast financial requirements
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with financial policies
- Assist in project cost estimation and budget preparation
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes
- Collaborate with accounting teams for month-end closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project finance or accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
