P-Parking International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and articulate Administration and Account Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our company and our valued clients. You will leverage your effective communication abilities to handle a diverse range of customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction results in a positive experience. From resolving issues related to parking access and payments to troubleshooting system malfunctions, your role is essential in maintaining our high service standards.
Beyond customer service, you will be responsible for managing core account administration duties. This includes maintaining accurate customer records, processing invoices, and assisting with general office operations. We are looking for a proactive professional who can multitask efficiently and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the administration department. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding parking access, payments, and account details.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints related to parking access, billing errors, and system malfunctions promptly.
- Update and maintain accurate customer accounts and databases with current information.
- Coordinate with technical support teams to report and resolve system-related issues.
- Process invoices, handle billing queries, and assist with general finance administration tasks.
- Prepare and organize administrative reports, correspondence, and documents for management review.
- Perform general office duties to support the smooth operation of the department and team.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration or customer service roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
- Basic understanding of accounting software and invoicing processes.
- Valid Singaporean citizenship or valid work pass.
