Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, and record maintenance
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document management
  • Support cross-departmental communication and administrative workflows
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
  • Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma/Certificate in Administration, Business, or related field
