Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office operations, including filing, document processing, and record maintenance
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office logistics
  • Support the procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports
  • Assist in coordinating administrative support for the sales and service teams
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents and records
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate databases

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in administrative or secretarial studies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is advantageous
  • Knowledge of office procedures and administrative protocols
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
