Maintain accurate visitor registration logs and coordinate with departments to facilitate smooth communications. Beyond reception responsibilities, provide comprehensive administrative support including correspondence management, document filing, and office supply coordination. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage reception area: greet visitors, handle inquiries, and issue visitor passes
  • Maintain accurate visitor registration logs and coordinate department communications
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Provide administrative support: document filing, data entry, and office supply management
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing

Kualifikasi
