We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Executive to join the dedicated team at Anverson Drinkware. Based in the industrial hub of Malim, Melaka, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support the smooth operation of our office and production support functions. In this role, you will act as the backbone of our administrative operations. You will be responsible for managing daily office logistics, coordinating internal communications, and ensuring that all documentation is processed accurately and promptly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties to ensure the efficient running of the office.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and official letters.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control for office supplies and raw material documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of office equipment and stationery.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive filing system for both physical and digital records.
  • Support the HR department with recruitment documentation, filing, and onboarding processes.
  • Handle scheduling and meeting arrangements for management when required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
