Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily carpark operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end billing support, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple stakeholders to resolve operational queries.
  • Ensure timely completion of service closures and documentation for audit compliance.
  • Prepare and update operational reports for management review.
  • Assist in general office administrative tasks and workflow optimization.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office support roles.
