Join Angin Dingin Utara as a key leader in our finance and administration team. As our Administration, Finance & Tax Supervisor, you'll ensure seamless financial operations, robust internal controls, and full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This critical role oversees all financial transactions, administrative processes, banking relationships, and system integrity to safeguard company assets while driving operational efficiency. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial workflows, implement strategic tax planning, and maintain accurate financial reporting. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company's growth by ensuring fiscal transparency and regulatory adherence in our dynamic Bali-based operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes
- Manage tax compliance, reporting, and strategic tax planning initiatives
- Supervise banking activities, cash flow management, and treasury operations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data security and accuracy
- Lead administrative functions including procurement, record-keeping, and vendor management
- Optimize accounting systems and ensure data integrity across all platforms
- Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to Indonesian financial regulations
- Mentor and develop the finance and administration team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/tax with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and cross-departmental communication abilities
- Proven experience implementing financial controls and compliance frameworks
