Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain office administrative systems, including filing, record-keeping, and document control.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required, ensuring efficient workflow.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
