Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office administration and provide comprehensive operational support to the team.
- Handle customer coordination and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records, update databases, and organize filing systems efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing internal calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, compile necessary documentation, and assist in project administration.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflows and information flow.
- Assist with general office duties, including managing supplies and vendor communications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
