Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office administration and provide comprehensive operational support to the team.

  • Maintain accurate records, update databases, and organize filing systems efficiently.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing internal calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, compile necessary documentation, and assist in project administration.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflows and information flow.
  • Assist with general office duties, including managing supplies and vendor communications.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
