Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end registration processes for insurance agent licensing exams and certifications.
  • Oversee the complete onboarding workflow for new insurance agents, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Process and verify all agent clearance documents and compliance records.
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for agent records.
  • Coordinate with the HR and operations teams to resolve agent-related queries efficiently.
  • Prepare weekly reports on registration status and onboarding progress.
  • Assist in organizing training schedules and logistical arrangements for agent seminars.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance terminology and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based setting.
