Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, review, and process sales contracts ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients with proper documentation
  • Coordinate shipment logistics including carrier selection and delivery tracking
  • Maintain comprehensive digital and physical administrative records
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and performance summaries for management
  • Assist in resolving administrative inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales team to support administrative needs and client relations
  • Implement process improvements for administrative workflow efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or sales support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
