We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Account Assistant to support our accounting and administrative functions. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. You will also provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and liaising with suppliers and clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting databases
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end closing tasks
  • Handle correspondence with vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply
