Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and payment verification
  • Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate financial records
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of financial performance against budgets
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and ensure proper documentation
  • Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative finance role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
