Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Process payroll and ensure timely employee compensation
- Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with auditors during financial examinations and reporting
- Implement and improve accounting systems and procedures for efficiency
- Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
