Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, reconciliation, and transaction processing
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate accounts payable/receivable cycles and manage vendor/client communications
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and company policies
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
