Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Process financial transactions with precision and ensure timely payment cycles
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget analysis
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain organized financial documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights
- Support audit preparations and regulatory compliance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting or administrative experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
