Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of general ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email management and phone inquiries.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Support the executive team with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel logistics.
  • Assist in basic payroll processing and other HR-related administrative duties as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in financial data handling.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
