Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation systems
- Assist in preparing official correspondence, reports, and communications
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics for department staff
- Process and track administrative documents, forms, and applications
- Provide frontline support to visitors and stakeholders
- Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies
- Support data entry and record-keeping activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
