The Municipal Government of Baliuag is seeking a dedicated and reliable Administrative Aide II (Messenger) to join our team in the Ilocos Region. Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, documents, and official correspondence to designated offices and personnel.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized logbook of all received and dispatched documents to ensure traceability.
  • Perform field errands, including the delivery of urgent notices, payments, or official government communications.
  • Assist in general office administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely transit of sensitive and time-critical paperwork.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all documents handled during transit.
  • Ensure the professional representation of the municipal government during off-site errands and external interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least two years of college studies or high school graduate with relevant vocational training.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in messenger services, courier operations, or general office support.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Filipino.
  • Strong knowledge of local routes and geographic areas within the region.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license if required to operate a service vehicle.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Must be physically fit to perform routine courier and field-based tasks.
