- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and reports
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Handle incoming communications and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
