- Manage and maintain accurate office files, records, and documentation systems
- Process incoming/outgoing communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics for department staff
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
- Handle data entry and ensure timely updating of administrative databases
- Provide frontline reception services and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Support procurement processes and inventory management for office supplies
- Assist in organizing events and activities related to university operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
