You will operate government vehicles for official trips, errands, and emergency deliveries, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and maintaining the highest standards of safety. Your duties will include planning efficient routes, performing pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly. As an Administrative Aide III, you will also assist with filing, record‑keeping, and other office support tasks to keep our workflow smooth and organized.

- Operate government vehicles for official travel, errands, and document deliveries in the Bicol Region.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize fuel consumption.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle conditions.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and government vehicle policies.
- Provide basic administrative support, including filing, document handling, and office coordination.
- Respond to emergency or urgent transportation requests as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Valid professional driver’s license (Driver’s License Code 2 or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns in Bicol Region.
- Basic mechanical skills to perform simple vehicle checks and minor troubleshooting.
- Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional clerical training is a plus.
