The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) is seeking a qualified Administrative Aide IV to join its Legal Assistance Division – Legal Service. This permanent opportunity is based in Central Visayas and offers a chance to work within a dynamic government environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties in support of the Division Chief and the Legal Service.
- Prepare, compose, and edit official correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents.
- Manage and maintain the filing system for legal cases, personnel records, and administrative documents.
- Receive and screen visitors, telephone calls, and official mail; respond to inquiries or route them appropriately.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agenda materials, and take minutes when required.
- Assist in legal research and compilation of case data as needed.
- Coordinate with other divisions for the dissemination of information and internal reports.
Kualifikasi
- Completion of at least two (2) years of college units in any related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
- At least four (4) years of relevant administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Knowledge of government rules, regulations, and office procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
