Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, sort, and file essential office documents, records, and correspondence.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, faxes, and physical mail.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and official administrative documentation.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of public records.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of precision and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office workflows.
  • Handle basic front-desk inquiries and assist visitors with administrative needs.
  • Operate and maintain standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least two years of college studies or equivalent vocational/technical training.
  • Preferably at least one year of relevant administrative or clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive public data.
