Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, process, and maintain accurate office correspondence, reports, and official documentation.
  • Manage the filing system to ensure easy retrieval of vital government records and documents.
  • Assist in the scheduling of meetings, coordination of events, and preparation of venue requirements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory to ensure operational continuity.
  • Perform data entry tasks and assist in the preparation of periodic administrative reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate the seamless flow of information and documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least two years of college studies or equivalent vocational/technical training.
  • Relevant work experience in clerical or administrative support roles is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
