We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Aide VI to join our team in the Ilocos Region. As an Administrative Aide VI, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by providing efficient clerical and administrative support. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. You will be responsible for managing documents, coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks that contribute to the overall success of the agency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to facilitate workflow.
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Monitor office supplies and initiate procurement when necessary.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least two (2) years of studies in college or equivalent.
  • With at least one (1) year of relevant experience in administrative or clerical work.
  • Completed at least four (4) hours of relevant training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work in the Ilocos Region and be a resident of the area.
