Tanggung Jawab

  • Process daily cash collections, disbursements, and remittances accurately.
  • Maintain systematic and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports, summaries, and liquidation statements for audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely processing of administrative requirements.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and petty cash funds as necessary.
  • Ensure strict adherence to accounting guidelines and government fiscal policies.
  • Provide front-line administrative support, including filing, encoding, and telephone correspondence.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least two years of college studies or equivalent vocational training.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in clerical or cashiering functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic office equipment operation.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
