The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Aide VI (Clerk III) to join our administrative team in Northern Mindanao. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties including filing, typing, and data entry to maintain accurate university records.
  • Process and route incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure information is easily retrievable for audits and reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of official documents, reports, and memoranda as directed by department heads.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and visitors, providing professional assistance and directing inquiries to the correct personnel.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, preparing purchase requests when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare venues, and take minutes of meetings when required.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least two (2) years of studies in college or a relevant Associate degree.
  • Career Service (Sub-professional) / First Level Eligibility is highly preferred for permanent appointment.
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in clerical or administrative work.
  • Minimum of four (4) hours of relevant administrative training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital collaboration tools.
  • Strong command of both English and Filipino, both in written and oral communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
