The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Aide VI (Clerk III) to join our administrative team in Northern Mindanao. This is a pivotal role designed to support the academic and operational excellence of one of the region's premier educational institutions. As a Clerk III, you will serve as a backbone for departmental efficiency, ensuring that documentation, communication, and clerical workflows are maintained to the highest professional standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties including filing, typing, and data entry to maintain accurate university records.
- Process and route incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure information is easily retrievable for audits and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of official documents, reports, and memoranda as directed by department heads.
- Receive and screen phone calls and visitors, providing professional assistance and directing inquiries to the correct personnel.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, preparing purchase requests when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare venues, and take minutes of meetings when required.
Kualifikasi
- Completion of at least two (2) years of studies in college or a relevant Associate degree.
- Career Service (Sub-professional) / First Level Eligibility is highly preferred for permanent appointment.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in clerical or administrative work.
- Minimum of four (4) hours of relevant administrative training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital collaboration tools.
- Strong command of both English and Filipino, both in written and oral communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
