Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and maintain accurate documentation for all company transactions and records
- Process and manage billing inquiries and ensure timely invoice generation
- Provide comprehensive support to the accounting department with financial tasks
- Manage daily office administration including correspondence, filing, and record keeping
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional responses to all stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements in administrative and accounting functions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
