Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Handle financial tasks such as invoice processing, budget tracking, and expense reporting
- Provide secretarial support to project teams, including meeting coordination and minute-taking
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with university policies
- Coordinate procurement activities and manage office inventory
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and project documentation
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and finance roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of financial management principles and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in educational institution or NGO setting preferred
