Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Coordinate internal communications and external stakeholder interactions
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Support financial administration including invoice processing and expense tracking
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality
Kualifikasi
