Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate office documentation and filing systems
- Coordinate communication between clients, tenants, and suppliers
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and communications
- Assist with report preparation and data organization
- Support inventory management and office supply procurement
- Facilitate inter-departmental coordination and information flow
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
