Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and retail operations departments.
- Perform accurate data entry of customer information and transaction records.
- Process purchase orders and ensure all documentation is filed according to company protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of daily or weekly operational reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve administrative discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain office filing systems and digital records with high attention to confidentiality.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of team meetings and operational updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in an administrative or retail support role is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or have the legal right to work in Singapore.
