- Manage all administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Prepare and process billing invoices and ensure timely payments
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
