Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office manager and department heads
- Manage and maintain office documentation, filing systems, and records
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics for key personnel
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and official documents
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
