Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate HR functions including recruitment screening, onboarding documentation, and employee record maintenance
- Manage office operations through supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and workspace optimization
- Handle incoming communications professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare and distribute administrative documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration tasks
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and clients
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist in performance tracking and HR compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience with HR exposure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
