Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and documentation
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientations
- Support healthcare operations through administrative task coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate record-keeping systems
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
