Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative workflows and maintain office correspondence with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics to ensure optimal time management.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are updated, organized, and secure.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format professional documents, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries and external vendors, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies while managing inventory levels effectively.
  • Support department heads with ad-hoc projects, data entry, and operational research as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or in a similar support role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office management software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines in a professional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of professional discipline.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
