Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying of essential documents.
  • Greet visitors and manage front-desk inquiries with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and office travel arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records to ensure smooth office workflows.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
  • Manage office inventory and restock supplies to ensure operational continuity.
  • Provide general support to team members across different departments to facilitate project completion.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior administrative experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive work ethic.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Johor Bahru.
