Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and internal presentations.
  • Coordinate scheduling for appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Support department heads with ad-hoc projects and general office logistics.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
