Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail with professionalism.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department heads.
  • Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and internal memos as required.
  • Manage office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure all resources are stocked.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and maintain personnel records.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments to support ongoing operational projects.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or in a similar support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
